이 약관은 숨결(Soomgyul, 이하 “앱”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으신다면 앱을 사용하지 마시고 삭제해 주세요.

앱이 제공하는 호흡 기법, 설명, 근거 등급 표시, 측정값(BOLT·호흡수·심박 관련 지표)은 교육과 자기 관찰을 위한 정보입니다. 이를 근거로 진단을 내리거나, 복용 중인 약을 조절하거나, 치료 계획을 변경해서는 안 됩니다.

몸에 이상이 있거나 증상이 지속된다면 앱을 사용하기 전에 의료 전문가와 상의하세요. 응급 상황에서는 앱이 아니라 119 또는 가까운 응급실을 이용하세요.

앱에 표시되는 심박·수면 관련 수치는 사용자의 기기와 웨어러블이 측정한 값을 그대로 읽어 보여주는 것입니다. 앱은 그 값의 의학적 정확성을 보증하지 않으며, 이상 소견을 감지하거나 경고하는 기능이 아닙니다.

앱은 앉거나 누운 안정된 자세에서 수행하는 훈련만을 다룹니다. 걷거나 운동하면서, 또는 높은 곳·계단·욕조 근처에서 수행하지 마세요.

숨 참기(호흡 정지) 구간이 있는 기법은 다음에 해당하는 분께 권장되지 않습니다. 해당한다면 시작하기 전에 의료 전문가와 상의하세요.

• 임신 중이거나 임신 가능성이 있는 경우
• 고혈압, 심장 질환, 부정맥 등 심혈관 관련 질환이 있는 경우
• 공황장애·불안장애 병력이 있는 경우
• 발작(경련) 병력이 있거나 뇌전증 진단을 받은 경우
• 그 밖에 호흡기·안압 관련 질환 등으로 호흡 조절이 제한되는 경우

앱은 시작 전에 위 항목을 여쭙고, 해당하는 기법에 숨 참기 구간이 있으면 경고를 표시합니다. 이 스크리닝은 사용자가 스스로 판단할 재료를 주는 절차이지 의학적 검사가 아닙니다. 답변의 정확성은 사용자에게 달려 있습니다.

훈련 중 어지러움, 손발 저림, 두통, 가슴 통증, 시야 흐림, 심한 불안이 나타나면 즉시 중단하고 평소 호흡으로 돌아오세요. 증상이 계속되면 의료 전문가의 도움을 받으세요.

앱의 핵심 기능 일부는 무료입니다. 상황별 처방 3종, 생리적 한숨·박스 호흡·코히런트 호흡, BOLT·호흡수 측정, 최근 2주 추이는 구독 없이 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.

숨결 플러스는 자동 갱신 구독으로, 나머지 마스터 트랙과 12주 커리큘럼, 8주 전체 추이 기록을 엽니다.

• 가격은 구매 시점에 앱 스토어가 표시하는 금액이 기준입니다. 국가·통화·세금에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
• 결제는 구매 확정 시 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 계정으로 청구됩니다.
• 자동 갱신 — 현재 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신되며, 갱신 요금은 기간 종료 전 24시간 이내에 청구됩니다.
• 해지는 기기의 스토어 계정 설정에서 직접 하실 수 있습니다. (iOS: 설정 → Apple 계정 → 구독 / Android: Play 스토어 → 결제 및 구독 → 정기 결제) 앱을 삭제하는 것만으로는 해지되지 않습니다.
• 환불은 저희가 직접 처리할 수 없습니다. 결제를 처리한 Apple 또는 Google의 환불 정책과 절차를 따릅니다.
• 무료 체험이 제공되는 경우, 체험 기간이 끝나기 전에 해지하지 않으면 유료 구독으로 전환됩니다. 유료 구독을 구매하면 남은 무료 체험 기간은 소멸됩니다.

Apple 표준 사용권 계약(EULA)

App Store를 통해 배포되는 버전에는 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(Apple Standard EULA)이 함께 적용됩니다. 이 약관과 Apple 표준 EULA가 충돌하는 경우, App Store 배포분에 한해 Apple 표준 EULA가 우선합니다.

앱과 앱에 담긴 콘텐츠(텍스트, 오디오, 디자인, 기법 설명과 계보 서술)의 저작권은 제공자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 개인적·비상업적 용도로 사용하실 수 있습니다.

다음 행위는 하지 말아 주세요.

• 앱이나 콘텐츠를 복제·배포·판매·대여하거나 2차적 저작물로 공개하는 행위
• 역컴파일·역어셈블 등 소스 코드를 얻으려는 시도(법률이 명시적으로 허용하는 범위는 제외)
• 구독 검증을 우회하거나 유료 기능에 무단으로 접근하는 행위
• 앱의 콘텐츠를 의료·치료 목적으로 재배포하거나, 앱이 하지 않는 효능을 주장하며 인용하는 행위

기능은 개선·변경될 수 있고, 일부 기능이 중단될 수 있습니다. 유료 구독자가 이미 지불한 기간의 핵심 혜택을 실질적으로 축소하는 변경은 사전에 안내합니다. 앱은 기기 안에서 동작하므로, 서비스가 중단되더라도 이미 설치된 앱과 기기 내 데이터는 사용자의 통제 아래 남습니다.

앱은 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 제공자는 앱이 중단 없이 동작하거나, 오류가 없거나, 특정 목적에 적합하거나, 특정한 결과(이완·수면 개선 등)를 가져온다고 보증하지 않습니다.

법률이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 제공자는 앱 이용으로 발생한 간접·부수적·특별·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 제공자의 총 책임은 사용자가 직전 12개월간 앱에 실제로 지불한 금액을 넘지 않습니다.

다만 제공자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해, 생명·신체에 대한 손해, 그리고 소비자 보호 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임은 위 제한에서 제외됩니다. 이 약관의 어떤 조항도 대한민국 소비자 보호 법령이 사용자에게 보장하는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 우선 entanglecare@gmail.com으로 연락해 원만한 해결을 시도합니다. 소송이 필요한 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

약관이 변경되면 이 페이지의 시행일과 버전을 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서 안내합니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하시면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

These terms govern your use of Soomgyul (the "app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app and delete it.

The breathing techniques, explanations, evidence gradings and measurements (BOLT, breath rate, heart-rate-derived figures) the app shows are information for education and self-observation. Do not use them to reach a diagnosis, to adjust medication you are taking, or to change a treatment plan.

If something feels wrong, or a symptom persists, talk to a health professional before using the app. In an emergency, contact emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department — not this app.

Heart-rate and sleep figures shown in the app are read as-is from your device and wearable. The app makes no warranty as to their medical accuracy, and it is not designed to detect or warn about any abnormal finding.

The app covers dry practice done seated or lying down in a stable position. Do not practise while walking or exercising, at height, on stairs, or near a bath.

Techniques that include a breath hold are not recommended if any of the following applies to you. If one does, talk to a health professional before starting.

• You are pregnant or may be pregnant
• You have high blood pressure, a heart condition, an arrhythmia or another cardiovascular condition
• You have a history of panic disorder or an anxiety disorder
• You have a history of seizures or a diagnosis of epilepsy
• Any other condition — respiratory, eye-pressure related, or otherwise — that limits controlled breathing

The app asks about these before you begin and shows a warning where a technique includes a breath hold. This screening gives you material for your own judgement; it is not a medical assessment, and its usefulness depends on the accuracy of your answers.

If you feel dizzy, get tingling in your hands or feet, develop a headache, chest pain, blurred vision or strong anxiety, stop immediately and return to normal breathing. If it continues, seek help from a health professional.

Core parts of the app are free. The three situation prescriptions, the physiological sigh, box breathing and coherent breathing, BOLT and breath-rate measurement, and the last two weeks of trend history all stay usable without a subscription.

Soomgyul Plus is an auto-renewing subscription that opens the remaining master tracks, the 12-week curriculum, and the full eight-week trend history.

• Price is whatever the app store displays at the time of purchase; it varies by country, currency and tax.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account on confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal — the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal charge is taken within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancel in your store account settings (iOS: Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds cannot be issued by us. They follow the refund policy and process of Apple or Google, whichever processed the payment.
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Buying a subscription forfeits any unused portion of a free trial.

Apple Standard EULA

Copies distributed through the App Store are additionally subject to Apple's standard end-user licence agreement (Apple Standard EULA). Where these terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA prevails for App Store copies.

The app and its content — text, audio, design, technique descriptions and lineage writing — are owned by the provider or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Please do not:

• copy, distribute, sell, rent or publish the app or its content, or derivative works of it
• decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code, except where law expressly permits it
• circumvent subscription validation or access paid features without authorisation
• redistribute the content for medical or therapeutic purposes, or quote it in support of an effect the app itself does not claim

Features may change or improve, and some may be discontinued. Changes that would materially reduce the core benefit a paying subscriber has already paid for will be announced in advance. Because the app runs on your device, even if the service is discontinued the installed app and your on-device data remain under your control.

The app is provided "as is". The provider does not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free, that it fits a particular purpose, or that it will produce any particular outcome such as relaxation or improved sleep.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.

This does not exclude liability for the provider's wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights guaranteed to you by the consumer protection laws of the Republic of Korea.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, please first contact entanglecare@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it. Where court proceedings are necessary, they will be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

If these terms change, the effective date and version at the top of this page are updated, and significant changes are announced inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
